I’m Edward Ongaigui from the Philippines and recently moved to San Francisco . So now I guess you’ve got some idea where Ongai (Ong-guy) came from huh? hehe Yup, it’s from my last name. That’s the obvious part but did you know who was the first one who called me Ongai? Well, it was from a teacher back in first year high school. He got kicked out of the school for giving some students an answer sheet to a final exam LOL Doesn’t really matter now, I still thank him for calling me…ONGAI.

What am I doing here in San Francisco?

Well, I’m a green card holder and I’m currently looking for work around the area. So anyone who knows any jobs out there, send me a message all right? Thanks in advance!

We all know that looking for a job is crazy especially with the unemployment rate still high with not many jobs created yet. I think I’m working hard enough passing my resumes around different search engines and staffing agencies and I’m feeling the pressure. It’s hard!

I know that so in order for me not to get burned out I decided to continue this blog and document some of the things that I will be doing when I am not looking for work. (Of course, I’ve got to enjoy San Francisco right? It’s one of the most beautiful cities in world!)
